Below you will find some fun basketball games to play which you can use for those times when your players get bored or lose their zeal for being out there on the court working, running, and busting their tails every day.All of us who have ever been involved in youth sports knows that there are times when our kids just get tired.
Even before the season gets long and you begin to see the burnouts and lack of interest beginning to show, it would be a good idea to always give the kids a chance to just be kids. To have fun, and enjoy learning about the game. There are ways to do this. We have a list of fun games that will help your players learn basic fundamentals without them thinking so much of it as a chore. We don't recommend doing these everyday of course, but letting them learn while having fun and being relaxed will go a long way in staving off the burnout.
All of the games we have chosen to put here will help them learn, while never allowing them to lose their competitiveness. We hope these games will help make your life as a coach easier and more enjoyable for your kids.

Other Fun Basketball Games to Play
There are a few other fun basketball games that are great for the kids, but we do not use them in our practices. Firstly they take up too much time to get through. Second, they are not as strong on teaching fundamentals and can sometimes encourage bad habits. They still have some good qualities of their own though.
