I remember those days as a player myself. There was no feeling in the world at that time that got me as fired up as it did when our team would explode out of the locker room to the booming music coming out over the loud speakers along with the roar of the parents, students, and opposing screams coming from the bleachers.

Good warm-up music for basketball has a way of making you feel like you can do anything. It helps instill confidence in your team and your own ability's, while for some strange reason making your heart pound with the excitement and love of the game and competition.
