You should have at least a good plan laid out for what you would like to do, what you would like to see get done, and what you would like to see your team accomplish. Doing this will go a long way in helping you keep the stress at a minimum as the season progresses. Having goals is a good thing. Setting goals for your team is imperative. It gives your players something to reach for.
Is your goal to merely have a better season than the last? That’s not bad.Is it to have a winning season? Good for You!Maybe you want to win the whole thing? It would sure be nice to bring home the big trophy!
