This drill is for helping you get the most out of your time in practice. It is set-up for 12 to 14 players, but you can add your own ideas to it if need be. Or take away if you do not have that many players on your team.This youth basketball drill is probably the best drill that we have encountered to be able to help get the most out of your practice time. No, it doesn't look like much, just basic fundamental stuff. But it enables you to get a lot of the little things going and out of the way so that you have more time to focus on the things that you need to do to prepare for games. It just saves a lot of time!

Line 1: Right Lay-Up
Line 2: Right dribble, cross-court and back.
Line 3: Crossover dribble, cross-court and back.
Line 4: Left-handed dribble, cross-court and back.
Line 5: Low dribble, cross-court and back.
Line 6: Two Free-Throws, players switch back and forth until whistle.
